Day 28

BWW done, added extra reps to all sets and really upped it on the last set of each exercise, wow did that hurt!!!
Breakfast was boiled eggs, watercress spinach and chard, 1 litre of water with a squeeze of lemon and a cup of tulsi tea.

No snack today and a late lunch of chicken balti with spring greens and broccoli.
ICP, 1 second faster and 5 sets complete with 10 extra reps on each exercise in the 5th.

Dinner was slow cooked pork with walnuts, spring greens and sprouts.

DM done....2 sets well controlled, slow movements...burned like buggery.....
Supps taken, cup of tulsi tea and that brings day 28 to a conclusion

Day 28 DONE!!!........So close now I can almost taste it

Goal: To learn about myself, to fully understand change and what goes on in the mind, oh yeah, and to silence that little doubting voice....Focus on the goal, I am winning.BY A COUNTRY MILE....
