Day 18

Slept a bit longer this morning.Up at 6:30am and got stuck into meltdown.All densities up again since I progressed the weight.
It is refeed day today, yum, looking forward to it.
Breakfast, started with blueberries, then moved on to eggs with mixed salad and pine nuts.1 litre of water and 2 cups of tulsi tea.....
Lunch was chicken curry with curly kale and sprouts.
Snack of nuts and blueberries
ICP took 9 seconds off time....felt like throwing up. 5 circuits complete
Dinner was steak with parsnip and celeriac mash with broccoli and kale.
DBM done x2, very slow and controlled.Getting stronger
Supps taken along with tulsi tea

Good energy today


Day 18 done!!!

Goal: To learn about myself, to fully understand change and what goes on in the mind, oh yeah, and to silence that little doubting voice....Focus on the goal, I am winning....
