Day 15

wakened up at 5 this morning.I've had better sleeps.
Anyway got up and did ICP, slower than my fastest time, but was concentrating on form and tempo.Slowed everything down.Managed 5 circuits inside 20 minutes.Hard session
Breakfast, pinnt of lemon water, pint of water cup of tulsi tea, had supps
3 boiled eggs with butter and some nuts

Lunch was stir fry and salmon, with mixed nuts as a snack.
DM, x2 sets
Dinner was turkey leg curry, with broccoli ans spring greens


Cardio was circuit training.
PC, 64 and 34.....pure murder, my arms were screaming


Goal: To learn about myself, to fully understand change and what goes on in the mind, oh yeah, and to silence that little doubting voice....Focus on the goal, I am winning....
