Good nights sleep last night.DM was most enjoyable, a bit tai chi like, very slow and controlled.Loved it
Breakfast of eggs, with butter and cayenne pepper.Tulsi tea
Lunch was more eggs and a salad with nuts as a snack
PC done 60 and 30, felt as if my shoulders were about to fall off as I did a set of DM first.
Pyramid before dinner and smashed my time by a good minute!!
Dinner was a lamb curry, very tasty with brocolli cabbage and spinach
Cardio was a 15min run.
All supps taken and so to bed
Hit target for water also had a couple of tulsi teas.
Looking forward to the next high carb day.Feel I could use a boost as I didnt fully take advantage of the last one.
Anyway.......DAY 12 DONE!!!
Goal: To learn about myself, to fully understand change and what goes on in the mind, oh yeah, and to silence that little doubting voice....Focus on the goal, I am winning....
