Day 10

Double figures already
Meltdown done, improved densities in all bar the step back lunge.Great sleep last night even though I was later to bed.
Breakfast was eggs, nuts ,tulsi tea and water....
Snack of nuts and blueberries
Lunch, garlic chicken with curly kale.
ICP, retested and set a benchmark time to beat......
Cardio, power walk, I will run tomorrow since my back is better now.
Dinner was a beef madras and cauliflower....beautiful.
PC done, 58 and 28.
Tulsi tea and berries.Of to bed

Day 10 DONE!!
