Slept like a log last night,
PC done- 68 and 38, tough going.....but its another workout down
Breakfast eggs with broccoli, cayenne pepper and butter.
Plenty of water
Snack of half an avocado with some nuts.
Lunch was spicy pork with broccoli and sprouts.
3 litres of water have been drunk by this point
Pyramid done 47 secs faster......feeling so much stronger if a little tired today
Meltdown complete, bit of a mixed bag today, some were up others were down....hey ho, still, gave it my best.
Dinner was beef madras cauliflower and spring greens......immense!
Cardio done.....20 min walk
Supps taken, along with tulsi tea. over 4 litres of water today.Feeling tired now.
