Day 8

Wow, day 8 already.
Sleeping much better now.Back still sore, but I got up and went through PC. 54 and 24
Breakfast of eggs and nuts, tulsi tea, and a litre of water with lemon juice.
Lunch is Salmon with sprouts. Low carb day 2.Feeling good.

In from work and straight into the Pyramid, completed in 15.41....
Dinner was an nice chicken curry on a bed of kale and spinach....yum :-)
Brisk walk followed dinner out in the wind, brilliant!!
Straight into meltdown.....all densities up!!!

Goal: To learn about myself, to fully understand change and what goes on in the mind, oh yeah, and to silence that little doubting voice....Focus on the goal, I am winning....


Day 8 DONE!!!
