Breakfast was eggs with watercress spinach and rocket salad
1 litre water and cup of tulsi tea
Snack of nuts and half an avocado.
Lunch was chicken with sprouts and spring greens, had some leftover lamb too....Just loving my food!!!
Pyramid climbed and descended safely, albeit slower than the last time, I upped the weight used, thats my excuse and Im sticking to it..... : )
Meltdown done, upped the weight again.Feel so much stronger with the spiderman exercise, used to hate it but not now......
Dinner was steak with broccoli and spring greens with a cashew nut sauce.....lovely
Over 4 litres of water today. Upped my zinc and mag .
Cup of tulsi tea, meditation then bed.

Goal: To learn about myself, to fully understand change and what goes on in the mind, oh yeah, and to silence that little doubting voice....Focus on the goal, I am winning...
