Day 2

Up at 6a.m and straight into workout 1
Glutes are sore from yesterday, but all densities are up bar 1
Breakfast of 3 eggs, pint of water. Supplements taken - and fish oil.

Thought I would have struggled more this morning as its the first day back at work.Feel ok actually....
Lunch was turkey escalopes with sprouts and broccoli
ICP- bettered yesterdays time
Dinner- Sea bass, cabbage,carrots, cauliflower and broccoli.....
Power circuit- those extra 2 reps per exercise dont half make a difference.
Doms have set in big time and my head is banging.
Upto 3.5l of water
Plenty of cardio at work today......
Day 2.......DONE!!!
