Day 16

Pyramid first thing this morning, 1 second slower than best time!!! can you believe it, 1 whole second.....
Breakfast as usual was boiled eggs, had some pine nuts and cayenne pepper, lovely.One litre of water and a cup of tulsi tea.
Lunch was turkey curry and spring greens with broccoli.
Snack was mixed nuts
Meltdown, all densities up!!!
Dinner, lamb steaks with green veg


Cardio, an attempted run but the black ice round here is very bad, bit dangerous.Played it safe and walked for 20mins, as fast as I could give the conditions.
ICP, shaved 3 seconds of my best time.Did 5 hard circuits.Dipping in sweat at the end up.....I love it.
5 litres drunk today, the most ever I think.....Tulsi tea and supps, then off to bed.


Feel better today, a couple of days earlier in the week were a bit lacklustre......bounced back and Im still on it 

Goal: To learn about myself, to fully understand change and what goes on in the mind, oh yeah, and to silence that little doubting voice....Focus on the goal, I am winning....
