Day 22

Slept really well.
PC went well, 70 and 40.
Breakfast was eggs, blueberries and a greens drink. Water with lemon and a cup of tulsi tea.
Off to work soon.Energy is good today, feel that buzz......
Snack of avocado with nuts, chicken and some sprouts
Lunch, chicken with sprouts and cabbage
Pyramid done, albeit  30 seconds slower.....

Dinner was steak with sweet potatoes and broccoli.Lovely!!

May struggle to get all four workouts in today....

Goal: To learn about myself, to fully understand change and what goes on in the mind, oh yeah, and to silence that little doubting voice....Focus on the goal, I am winning....
