Day 17

DM, done x 2, Trying to stay slow and deliberate, under full control with good form.
Breakfast, eggs with broccoli and spring greens.
1 litre of water and a cup of tulsi tea with supps.
Snack of mixed nuts and half an avocado.
Lunch, salmon and plenty of greens
2 litres of water at work
66 and 36 PC done....arms hanging off.
Steady energy all day, feeling a bit tired after work.No rest for the wicked
Of for a run now.......
Intervals and I smashed it!!! Felt really strong
Pyramid, smashed that too,over a minute of my best.
Dinner was chicken curry with curly kale and sprouts.
Over 4 litres of water. Supps taken with tulsi tea.
Goal: To learn about myself, to fully understand change and what goes on in the mind, oh yeah, and to silence that little doubting voice....Focus on the goal, I am winning....

Day 17 DONE!!!
