Day 26

Slept well apart from being awakened at 4am by the people above us!

BWW done...killer session, more reps, more effort, much burning of the muscles which is just weakness leaving the body. : )
Breakfast, some blueberries, then salad with tomatoes and of course boiled eggs and butter.Immense!
Litre of water.


ICP done!- 17 secs off yesterdays time, completed 5 circuits, cut down on rest in between and added of few more reps on the 5 set. 
Lunch will be sweet potato, salmon and salad.


DM done. 2 sets, thought my shoulders were about to melt.Exercise for today finished, and for the first time ever before 7pm...result, go me!! : )
Dinner was beef hash with carrots, parsnip and celeriac mash......lovely!
And now the fast after the feast.....bring it on....

DAY 26 DONE!!!

Goal: To learn about myself, to fully understand change and what goes on in the mind, oh yeah, and to silence that little doubting voice....Focus on the goal, I am winning...
