Wakened up with a headache and had a pretty restless night.Up and down to the toilet.Need to sort out my water intake.Reckon Im drinking too much before bed.On 4 litres as it is but will need to up that and drink more throughout the day.
Meltdown down with an improvement in all densities.Working flat out.I will wait until I level out before progressing the exercises.
Breakfast of eggs and nuts.....One litre of water
Lunch was berries and nuts as was on the move most of the day....
Did sessions 2&3 back to back and boy, was that a hard shift, but hey I got through it.
Off to soak in the tub now as I have earned it, looking forward to another and very different clean curry.Cracking recipe book.
PC done full reps too, getting tougher, quite a hard day all in all.Dinner was amazing, beef madras, with sweet potato , sprouts and broccoli.....EPIC
Looking forward to going to bed now......cup of tulsi tea and supps

Goal: To learn about myself, to fully understand change and what goes on in the mind, oh yeah, and to silence that little doubting voice....Focus on the goal, I am winning....
