Slept well.PC done 74 & 50.Hard going
Breakfast will be zilch, and so will lunch ; ) Frees up so much time!
Pyramid done, 2 seconds slower because I was messing about, forgetting what the next exercise was....
Fast has gone really well, although I am feeling hungry just now as the smell from the kitchen is awesome!!
Dinner was fantastic, chicken balti minus the tomatoes with January cabbage and broccoli.....ooft!!!
Next up is meltdown
Meltdown done, changed a couple of exercises and all densities were up bar where new exercises were used.
Feel so much stronger with spidey now.

Goal: To learn about myself, to fully understand change and what goes on in the mind, oh yeah, and to silence that little doubting voice....Focus on the goal, I am winning...
