Breakfast was very simply 3 boiled eggs with a bit of butter, all mixed up.Cup of fruit tea and a litre of water.
Completed 4x4 meltdown circuit. Nice challenge, got me working hard.Although I wasnt particularly looking foward to doing it,I enjoyed it.The breaks seemed to get shorter as the work period got longer, all in the mind though.
Lunch: Chicken stirfry with cashew nuts. More water over 1.5l drunk now
Workout two completed. Spiderman is the one that gets me. total circuit time 2:17 for the 5 exercises
Dinner: left over chicken stirfry more water.
Target reached for water.Supplements taken. Also taking milk thistle to help detox the liver.
Power Circuit done and dusted. Looked easy, but looks can be deceiving right?
