Awakened before the alrm this morning for the second day running.Straight into ICP and knocked a second off my time.Completed 5 circuits before breakfast, which as usual was eggs, tulsi tea and a litre of water.
Off to work now.Got a really packed day and may struggle to complete all 4 workouts but will give it my best!!!
Back is definitely getting better.....
ICP done , breakfast was eggs.Lunch was chicken and veg.Dinner was turkey curry with veggies.Had a majorly busy day and did not get home till 11pm. Missed a couple of exercise sessions, but I just couldnt fit them in.I went straight from work to an arrow break.All to do with getting rid of fears, putting the pointed end of an arrow against the throat, the other against a wall, and pushing till the arrow breaks or not....I broke my arrow, dealing with some past issues in the process.....
Be back on track on day 10
