Day 29

Slept well, but feel a bit tired.Penultimate day. Last PC and did 80&65, big effort.
Breakfast, eggs and spinach, 1 litre of water and cup of tulsi tea.


Lunch, leftover pork and walnuts, spring greens and sprouts.
Pyramid, slower due forgetting what I was meant to be doing!!! doh!
dinner, cabbage and turkey and mushroom curry....

Supps taken and tulsi tea in hand.
Only managed two workouts today, just a mega busy day and not enough time. How I managed to fit in 4 workouts Ill never know!
Day 29 Done!!!.......
Goal: To learn about myself, to fully understand change and what goes on in the mind, oh yeah, and to silence that little doubting voice....Focus on the goal, I am winning.BY A COUNTRY MILE....
