Felt tired this morning.Bww was a killer, managed all supersets, getting to 10 with all of them.Really hard going.
Breakfast is boiled eggs, salad and tulsi tea.
Snack of Avocado and nuts
Lunch was beef madras with spring greens and cauliflower
ICP done a few seconds quicker and 5 sets completed.
Dinner of chicken balti minus the tomatoes.
3 litres drunk already
DBM, 2 sets nice and slow, well controlled.Must be my favourite workout.
Supps taken with tulsi tea. 4 litres of water for the day
Day 21 DONE!!!
Goal: To learn about myself, to fully understand change and what goes on in the mind, oh yeah, and to silence that little doubting voice....Focus on the goal, I am winning....
