Day 0

I've just signed up for London Personal Trainer Dax Moy's ED MAP 2012 Challenge and I'll be keeping a day by day, blow by blow account of the whole thing.
I'd be lying if I was to say that I'm not nervous about it, but it is all part of my learning curve on fat loss.




Starting stats are as follows


Body weight:  170.5lbs
Chest: 95cm  
Waist:   84cm
Upper Arm:  29.5cm 
Hips:   92cm
Thigh @ 4″: 42cm    
Thigh @ 8″:  54cm
