Day 19

Slept well last night,
Body weight exercises done!...ooft, was that a challenge, completed all with 12 reps and 4 supersets of each pair
Breakfast, was a plate of boiled nothing with supps and water, cup of tulsi tea
Lunch will be fresh air
Dinner, will be amazin!!!
Plenty of fluids though....tulsi tea and water.
Looking forward to actually having a break from food. 24 IF won't be a problem as I have already done a bit of IF before.


Had a really busy day......drank plenty of water .
ICP was 3 secs slower than yesterday, only completed 3 circuits.Just felt listless, but it is coming to the end of my fast.
DM next, and then Dinner
Slow cooked pork curry with walnuts and a mountain of green veg

DM 2 sets done, found it hard and tiring.....Dinner tasted amazing.Taste buds were awakened and more sensitive.
Supps taken with tulsi tea.......

DAY 19 DONE!!!!
Goal: To learn about myself, to fully understand change and what goes on in the mind, oh yeah, and to silence that little doubting voice....Focus on the goal, I am winning....
