Oh well its day 30 and the end of the challenge is nigh.
BWW done with extra reps all round on the last set.Be glad to see the back of BWW, a very hard session
Breakfast was 4 eggs salad and blueberries. 1 litre of water and cup of tulsi tea.
Really hungry today, lunch was a sweet potato, turkey curry and cabbage. Also had so blueberries with cashew nuts.....
ICP done same time as my fastest....5 circuits and added 10 extra reps to each exercise on the 5th.
Looking forward to dinner which will be minced beef hash, with celeriac and parsnip mash....ooooh so looking forward to it..

Last check in of the last day.....Part of me feels sad its all over, but part of me is glad.I am feeling tired and am looking forward to some rest and more free time. I have noticed over the last couple of days I have been really hungry. I will continue with ED level 3. I enjoyed the wave and IF.
Tulsi tea and supps, meditation then bed.
DAY 30 WELL AND TRULY DONE!!!
Goal: To learn about myself, to fully understand change and what goes on in the mind, oh yeah, and to silence that little doubting voice....Focus on the goal, I am winning HAVE WON BY A COUNTRY MILE....take that little voice, take that!!! And you can expect the same on REBOOT!
